Plans are a gate, not a delete button. Here is exactly what happens in the two situations people ask about.

Moving up

Everything you already had stays. The tools that were waiting for a bigger plan unlock the moment your admin changes it - refresh your dashboard and they open like any other.

Good to know

Why is there no payment page?

Billing is handled outside the portal by whoever runs it. That keeps card details out of the tool workspace entirely, and means a plan change is one decision rather than a checkout.

Who decides which tools are on which plan?

Your admin, when they add the tool. Each tool carries its plan, so a heavy tool can require Pro while the everyday ones stay available to everybody.

Do all the plans share tools the same way?

Yes. Teams, share codes, per-person rights, version history and the audit log are included on every plan - including the demo. A plan only decides which tools unlock, never whether you may hand one out safely.

Do tools work on a phone or a tablet?

Yes - every device is first-class. A tool opens as its own full-size page, already signed in, and one built for a desktop layout is scaled down to fit a smaller screen rather than making you scroll sideways.

Can I take my data with me if I stop using the portal?

Yes - the export button on your account page downloads everything held about you as a JSON file, including every record a tool saved for you.
